What's new

Account audit engine
Every export is now scored out of 100 across three weighted categories, graded from Healthy to Critical, and paired with a ranked list of what to fix first. Findings name the exact assets and link straight into GoHighLevel.
Library-first exports
Reports now go to your online library by default and downloading the files is the opt-in. Sign in at the portal with your licence key from any machine. The saved copy has credentials stripped; your downloads keep them.
Workflow internals in the JSON
The export now ships the workflow step tree — real steps, branches, waits and jumps — plus the dependency graph and an index of which custom values are actually referenced. All three were computed before and thrown away.
Websites and Webinars
GoHighLevel's Websites tab is a whole asset class that was absent from every export, with nothing in the file to say so. Websites and Webinars are now walked, foldered and enriched exactly like funnels.
Every endpoint paged to exhaustion
Asset lists used to be a single request with a hard cap, and anything past it vanished silently. On our reference account that meant 100 media files exported against 1,676 actually there. Every endpoint now pages until it runs out.

Only what we can prove moves the number
A workflow marked draft, a tag carrying no contacts, a reference pointing at something deleted — those read a field that states the fact, so they score. Checks that could be wrong about GoHighLevel don't. Scanning an email body for an unsubscribe link GHL appends at send time would report "224 of 224 missing", which means the check is broken, not the account. Those are surfaced as advisories and never touch the score.
Every finding drills down to the asset
A count on its own is useless. Each finding lists the affected assets by name, with a deep link that opens the workflow in the GHL builder — on your white-label domain, not ours. Tags and custom fields, which GHL can't deep-link, land you on the right settings screen with the exact names to look for.
A template isn't judged like a live account
The same facts mean different things depending on what the account is. Draft is a snapshot's resting state, so under the Snapshot profile activation drops out entirely and the weight moves onto Build Integrity — what a blueprint is actually judged on. Three profiles: Live, Snapshot/template, Setup in progress. Switch between them in the report and the score recalculates.
A skipped check reads as unknown, never as clean
If a rule crashes, it lands in the report, the categories it would have judged are marked incomplete, and the grade becomes "Incomplete" with a banner saying so. An audit that fails upward — quietly awarding full marks for a check that never ran — is worse than one that fails loudly.

Credentials never leave the machine
